Meet your driver at your hotel lobby and depart for the Chianti area, one of the most prestigious DOCG areas where the Chianti Classico is produced.

Here, along the famous wine route “Chiantigiana”, hills of vineyards and olive groves are a perfect background for your journey. You will recognize the symbol of the Gallo Nero (black rooster) among the countryside and hilltop towns you will see, here and there, that many of which owe their names to Chianti, such as Greve in Chianti. Today you will experience the real Tuscan cuisine.

Your personal chef will be waiting for you at the farmhouse immersed in vineyards and olive trees all around. You will be introduced into the most antique and traditional Tuscan recipes and next you will start kneading by yourself!

The most famous specialty is surely the fresh pasta: pappardelle, tagliatelle or tagliolini, stuffed with fresh ricotta and herbs, as well as potato gnocchi seasoned with traditional sauces.

You will prepare one of these dough on your own.

The main will be followed by a second course and a delicious dessert. You will learn some of our cuisine’s secrets…one of the best souvenirs you can bring home with you!

After the cooking lesson, you will enjoy the cooked meal accompanied by excellent Chianti Classico wines. After lunch/dinner and relaxing time, your personal driver will return you to your accommodation.
